How long do the Goia lashes last?
Our lashes are designed to stay comfortably in place all day long. When applied correctly and cared for properly, they’ll hold beautifully throughout the day. Want to enjoy them for even more days? Just use our Lash Seal and stick to a solid aftercare routine it truly makes all the difference. Proper care is essential to get the most out of your lashes and extend their wear time.
Are the Goia lashes waterproof?
Our lashes are fully waterproof. For the best hold, apply them on clean lashes and let them dry completely
Do they damage your natural lashes?
Goia Lashes are safe for your natural lashes as long as you follow the application and removal instructions with care.
Can you reuse the Goia lashes?
Yes, they’re reusable. With the right care and gentle removal, you can enjoy them several times.
How do you remove the Goia lashes?
Goia Lashes are easy to remove with our Lash Remover. Simply apply it across the lash area, let it sit for 1–2 minutes, and gently lift the lashes off.
Can you wear the Lashes for less than 5–7 days?
Absolutely! You can remove the Fast Lashes at any time using our Remover.
How do you remove glue residue from your natural lashes?
Let our remover sit for 1–2 minutes, then gently wipe away any remaining glue from your lashes using a cotton pad.
Can you wear the lashes if you have short natural lashes?
Yes, even with short lashes, you can wear our Goia Lashes, as long as they’re applied correctly.
Are Goia products vegan and cruelty-free?
At Goia, we deeply care about the well-being of animals and the environment.
• Vegan: Our products do not contain any animal-derived ingredients.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your unused and unopened Goia products free of charge within 30 days of the shipment arrival date.
Why don’t you ship worldwide?
We are working on it and hope to expand our shipping reach soon.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders above €50 within the Netherlands. For orders under €50, a flat shipping rate of €4.95 applies.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days in NL. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.
How can I track my order?
Orders placed before 15:00 (3PM CET) on business days are shipped the same day. Orders after that will be shipped the next business day.
How is my order packaged?
All Goia products are carefully packed in secure, eco-friendly packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
What if I’m not home during delivery?
If you’re not available at the time of delivery, the courier may:
• Try again later
• Deliver to a nearby pick-up point
• Leave a note with instructions
Can I return or exchange items?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, cosmetics cannot be returned once opened.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

Other credit cards are not accepted but can possibly be added to a PayPal account after which you can then pay your order on our website using PayPal.
In what currency can I pay for my order?
If you are shopping on our EU website, all payments will be processed in Euros.
What can I do if my payment has failed?
There may be various reasons why the payment for your order has failed. Please contact our Customer Experience team by emailing communications@goiabeaute.com and we will assist you promptly.
What is VAT?
VAT, or Value Added Tax, is a tax applied on top of the value of products or services sold.
Both customers within and outside the EU are required to pay VAT on their purchases.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Depending on your bank, it may take up to 14 days to process your refund. The payment will be returned to the same account that was used for the original transaction.
What can I do if my payment has failed?
There may be several reasons for why payment for an order has failed. Please reach out to our Customer Experience team by emailing communications@goiabeaute.com and we will help you.
Where can I find my invoices?
If you wish to receive an invoice, please contact us at communications@goiabeaute.com so we can send it to you.
Will I have to pay import duties?
If you’re ordering from outside the EU, your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These costs are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local customs regulations for more details.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted connections (SSL) and trusted payment providers. Your data is safe with us.
Will I receive a payment confirmation?
Yes! As soon as your payment is completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your invoice and order details.
Can I pay later?
Yes, we offer Klarna – Pay later. You’ll receive your order first and pay afterward, within the time Klarna specifies.
Are there any hidden fees?
No.The price you see at checkout is the total you’ll pay. No hidden costs.
