Shipping

Our Goia items ship from the Netherlands via a secure, fully tracked service. Orders over €50 qualify for free standard shipping at checkout (duties and taxes not included).

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes—please provide a valid street address. Note that we cannot reroute packages, arrange pickups, or refund shipments sent to hotels or other temporary addresses.

During sale or promotional periods, please allow extra time for order processing and dispatch due to increased volume. We only process and ship orders on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays). Weekend orders will be handled on the next business day.

If your package arrives damaged, keep the outer box, product packaging, and contents intact. Email info@goiabeaute.com within five business days with photos of the damage, and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Once a package leaves our warehouse, the carrier assumes liability—if it’s lost or stolen in transit, please file a claim directly with the courier. Should their investigation be inconclusive, let us know after you’ve filed, and we’ll assist.

All orders are final once placed; cancellations or changes aren’t possible. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process your order. As soon as it ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email, and delivery should occur within the estimated timeframe.
