We truly hope you love your Goia products as much as we do. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery at no cost to you.

To qualify for a refund, products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original, sealed outer cardboard packaging—this is essential for hygiene and safety reasons; any items that arrive opened or show signs of wear cannot be accepted and will not be refunded.

When preparing your return, please pack everything in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure the products remain protected during transit. Once your package reaches our warehouse, allow 5–7 business days for us to inspect and process your return.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
